ATTY. BARBIE E. SAMSON is one of the managing partners of The Firm.

She is also known to provide excellent legal service in property acquisition, due diligence, registration of titles and transfers, as well as estate planning.

ATTY. TEACHIE FELINA O. NOROMBABA is the other managing partner of The Firm. Her extensive expertise is in corporate lawyering such as but not limited to corporate due diligence and documentation, contract drafting and review, incorporation, PEZA and BOI registration, corporate dispute resolution, foreign investment facilitation, credit and collection, and other related corporate matters. She has a broad experience in Intellectual Property Law and Patent Registration. Atty. Norombaba also specializes in Labor Cases, Dispute Resolutions, Arbitration, Torts, and has handled numerous Civil and Criminal Cases.
